The world is full of hidden signs.
Not commands. Not answers carved into stone.
Just little messages left behind by travelers.
A spark beside a dark road.
A lantern in an abandoned room.
Words written on the ground by someone who walked this way before you.
“Be careful here.”
“Rest here.”
“Look closer.”
The journey belongs to you.
We are flames of Johr — sparks moving through the endless turning of existence. We wear our temporary vessels, these strange and beautiful bodies, and for a little while we get to experience the miracle of being here.
The body is not a prison.
It is the campfire we carry through the night.
Janus stands at the doorway, reminding us that every moment is a threshold. Behind us are the roads that shaped us. Ahead are the roads we have yet to walk.
Santa Muerte walks beside the traveler, not as a threat, but as a companion who understands the value of every breath. She reminds us that the candle is precious because it burns for a limited time.
And somewhere along the path, when the fog clears for just a moment, there are glimmers.
A kindness given when nobody is watching.
A hand offered to someone who is falling.
The courage to forgive.
The choice to love when bitterness would be easier.
These are the little reflections of Christ found scattered along the road.
Not a destination.
A direction.
The purpose is not to collect every symbol, memorize every map, or convince every traveler that your road is the only road.
The purpose is to walk.
To notice.
To leave a few messages behind for the next traveler.
A small flame.
A little hope.
A reminder that someone was here before you — and they found enough light to keep going.
