notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You perform the invisible task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soon the system depends on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nobody officially assigned it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nobody measures it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nobody compensates class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The capable person is asked because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They usually say yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then because they usually say yes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are asked more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A beautiful little machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Default Yes feeds the Competence Tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Competence Tax creates more opportunities for the Default Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
