Moderate to Severe<br><strong>Primary Effect:<\/strong> Expands another person&#8217;s access beyond what was originally offered by making each individual increase seem too small to Access Creep.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Field Identification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access Creep rarely begins with an outrageous demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That would be easy to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A small permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then an adjacent permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then an assumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then a habit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then an expectation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventually the traveler looks around and discovers another person has access to territory they never consciously decided to open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emotional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each border moved only slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final map may look nothing like the original one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access Is Not One Thing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Someone may have access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not your location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not your bedroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every private thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your work calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not your evenings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p does not automatically unlock the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encounter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A woman gave her neighbor a spare key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose was clear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emergencies another conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While resting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And because communication is technologically immediate, people can begin treating response as though it should also be immediate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sent now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Answered now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But transmission speed and obligation speed are not the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Workplace Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You answer one email after hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
